Update 22 November 2020:
With regard to the evolving public health situation in South Australia, the NSO committee will continue to monitor the latest guidelines from authorities. However at this stage the concerts are still planned to go ahead. We will inform all ticket holders of our COVID-Safe plans in the week leading up to the concert. Refunds (excluding the 50c TryBooking fee) will be available to all ticket holders in the case of cancellation, or if you are unable to attend the event due to illness.

Program details to be confirmed Tickets are available online until 1.30pm on 12 December 2021. Please have your tickets ready to present at the door, either printed or on your smartphone. All advertised prices are inclusive of a 50c per ticket booking fee, which will be added to your order during check-out, and include a complimentary printed program. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door from 2pm (cash only). However, due to strict COVID-19 capacity restrictions, we encourage guests to book early online to avoid disappointment. All seating is general admission. To help manage capacity limits, you will need to select either stalls or dress circle when booking. Note that the dress circle has limited visibility to the front of the orchestra and is only accessible by stairs. Refunds (excluding the 50c TryBooking fee) will be available to all ticket holders in the case of postponement/cancellation, or if you are unable to attend the event due to illness. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS A number of extra precautions will be put in place for this concert to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our audience members. This includes the implementation of QR code scanning for registering attendance, a reduced seating capacity, and additional cleaning measures and hand sanitiser stations. We must insist that you do not attend the event if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. As we will be operating with a 75% capacity cap, we kindly request that audience members wear a mask while inside the venue. Please bring your own if you have one, but if not, disposable masks will be available on the day. With this measure in place, a checkerboard seating plan is not required, and guests - particularly those from the same household - may choose to sit together. While 1.5 m physical separation is advised wherever possible, we note that in some parts of the concert hall you may be seated alongside another guest. Please speak to one of our front-of-house volunteers if you have any concerns or you require assistance locating a suitable seat. Note that under the current SA Government COVID-19 direction (Public Activities No. 16), a patron is not required to wear a mask if they have a relevant medical condition, including problems with their breathing, a serious condition of the face, a disability or a mental health condition, or if they are under the age of 12. Note that evidence of a relevant medical condition must be produced on request.
